Welcome

OK, so I've tried journaling, but I find it difficult to be honest. I mean I am the only one who is reading it - there is like no checks and balances. So, during this period of "self discovery" I need to share my thoughts. Plus it is just fun to ramble on about everyday life. Why now? Well, I have recently felt this overwhelming desire to start a family, but as my Ohh so subtle sister pointed out: "Use the tick ticktick you hear as motivation to get your life/health together so u can finally use your perfectly unscarred uterus and enjoy your transition from maiden to mother. " Additionally, " If your soul is not nurtured, how can u expect to nurture a fetus/bebe? "

So, since for the majority of my life I have required external validation for my internal turmoil in order to grow, what better place than the internet to do it? Please comment to your hearts content - this is why it is so public after all.

Looks like the 3 wimmins in the picture are cooking up Guffey stew - it talks back and never forgets an insult.

Family is the most important thing in ones life. We whould never forget that. You have family, we all love you and need you and wish we could see you more often. I know that the biological 'need' to have children of your own is a strong drive in a young woman, and you are still a young woman. The simple truth of it is that having a child will change your life for ever. You need to be ready for that change. Every thing you know will be different; every thing you think is important will take on new meaning. Many of us stumble into parenthood blindly and without preperation. You are fortunate to have time to be ready.
